The Underworld is where Grim became the Grim Reaper. It is the home of most monsters and supernatural creatures.
Appearance[]
The Underworld tends to change looks between it's appearances, when it first appears in Billy & Mandy's Jacked-Up Halloween, it's depicted as a standard firey cave filled with beastly monsters.
But as the series went on it started to resemble more of a cityscape, with various other monsters and evil creatures residing within'. Most of the time it's shown to have standard buildings, though in Billy & Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure it's depicted as having stalagmites serving as buildings instead.
The Underworld goes through it's most drastic change in Underfist: Halloween Bash, where it's shown to be a vast empty landscape made out of candy, with a house of sweets and a giant cauldron of hot chocolate. It's sky appears to be of space, with some planets floating around in the background, though it's later shown to just be how the walls look, as Underfist is able to go through it just fine.
Society[]
It's shown to be about the same as modern societies, having a court system, a grade school system, and even various products and companies.
