Tony is a henchman in Evil Con Carne. He is only seen in one episode which is Gridlocked and Loaded.
Personality
He is overly geeky, and often says things like "Golly gee" and other phrases that, Hector claims, no one actually says. He only joined to get money to pay for his cat's surgery, which he is overly emotional about.
Appearance

Unlike other Henchmen, he wears purple instead of blue, and large glasses. In later caemo apperances, however, he can be seen wearing blue.
