The Exterminator (AKA The Narrator according to The Crawling Niceness) is a minor character.
He appears in the episode The Crawling Niceness after Billy hires him. Before doing his job, he gets the big boot.
Later on, he appears in his home and concludes the episode by giving the viewers a warning about nice bugs. Jeff the Spider later serves him some hot cakes. The episode ends as tears stand in his eyes stating that "he loves that kid."
