Piff is Billy's companion in the episode Crushed, in which he is introduced, when Mandy had feelings for him. He is also seen in Detention X and Wrath of the Spider Queen.
Appearance[]
He is a pony-tailed half-Goth, beatnik, and Bohemian child who wears all-black clothes, fashionable sunglasses, a jaunty beret and a distinguishing belt buckle that says "HATE".
Personality[]
He is usually silent, and expresses himself only through his imperious attitude, the occasional raised eyebrow and how he applies his saliva to the situation. His real name is never revealed; "Piff" is the name given to him by Billy when Irwin pointed out that they have to call him by some name. When he does finally talk, he speaks in a low pitched voice.
