Peequay is a pirate apart of Boogeys crew, he appears in Billy & Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure.

Peequay first appears apart of Boogeys pirate crew in the movie Billy & Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure. Throughout the movie he helps Boogey on his quest to obtain Horrors Hand. During the Scary-O song he is seen singing and dancing.
Appearance[]
Peequay has white skin, green eyes and many tattoos all over his body. He has a golden earring in his right ear and is wearing a top hat. Peequay is also wearing what appears to be a diaper.
