Numbuh 362 (a.k.a. Rachel T. McKenzie) is a character from Codename: Kids Next Door. She is the supreme leader of the KND. She wears a cooking metal pot on the head, yellow colored hair, orange colored dress with purple and pink stripes with a blue color.

The Grim Adventures of the Kids Next Door[]
While the V Sector takes Billy to KND Deep Sea Lab, Number 362 called by videophone to inform that The Delightful Children From Down the Lane plan to use The Delightfulization Chamber to induce children to its charming character, forcing the Sector V to deviate from the path.
Once The Delightful Reaper is created, the Sector V reaches the KND Moon Base to inform Number 362. Then Mandy appears disguised as Numbuh 1, fooling everyone but Numbuh 5, who Mandy accused of madness. Under the delusion Mandy, Number 362 orders intern Number 5 to medical laboratory, but soon after, Number 362 realizes the deception, so she is locked up after being also accused of madness, leaving Mandy clear path to KND leadership. Later, Numbuh 5 frees her, when Numbuh 1 and Grim start to stop Mandy.
After the defeat of Mandy and the Delightful Reaper, Number 362 congratulates Numbuh 1 and Grim in the KND Moon Base for their heroic act. Finally, Numbuh 362 wonders where is Numbuh 1, since he was disguised as Billy. At that time, Billy appears posing as him, but everyone starts throwing things at him for being responsible for everything that happened.
