New Mandy was a living toy that Billy built from various toys that he gathered from his room. She had a Mr. Gourdhead gourd for a body, arms from a toy t-rex, wheels from a firetruck as legs, and a bat decoration as hair. She only appeared as the main antagonist in Tickle Me Mandy.
History[]
When Billy becomes lonely after Mandy goes on a vacation, Grim suggests for him to make a replacement Mandy until she comes back. They make this new Mandy out of parts from Billy's toys and a drawn-on face, and Grim uses his powers to bring their creation to life.
While initially nothing happens, Billy flips a switch on the back of her head and she springs on to life, repeatedly demanding him to play. First they try playing tag, but when Billy tags her, she violently slaps him on the nose. Then later as Billy is drawing with his expensive crayons, she breaks all of them but one, which she uses to scribble all over the walls until it's nothing but a stub.
Later that night, Billy goes to bed and notices New Mandy in his room still demanding to play. Billy screams and calls for Grim, to which he explains that unlike him, New Mandy dosen't need to sleep, and she'll watch him sleep all night long. Billy then has a horrifying nightmare where she barges into his room and beats him with a spatula. The next day the doll is waiting for him on the seesaw, and he reluctantly goes off to play, until he notices the real Mandy coming back, and is overjoyed. A confused Mandy spots the doll and asks who she is, the doll replies "Hi, I'm Mandy. Wanna play?".
Mandy explains that she is the only Mandy in this neighborhood and slams the other side of seesaw, sending New Mandy high into the sky... and then plummeting to the ground, where she shatters into pieces. They then hold a funeral for the doll as Billy cries over the loss of his new friend, Mandy asks him why he's crying if he didn't even like her, but Billy says that he wants to be alone. He looks at the shoebox her remains are in, when suddenly New Mandy's hand emerges from the box and grabs his nose, screaming PLAY!

- New Mandy, just like Mandy, was voiced by Grey DeLisle, but used a more childlike voice instead of sounding like the real Mandy.
- Despite only appearing in one episode, she makes a cameo appearance in the series' opening.
- She is a parody of Chucky.
