Mrs. Pollywinkle is the founder/headmistress of a prestigious performing arts school Billy was accepted into as a dance major. Unfortunately, she is also an extremely powerful dark witch that steals the souls and talent of it's students so that she may remain the world's greatest dancer. She was ultimately defeated by Billy's father Harold in a dance off.
As a running gag, almost everybody mispronounces her name, once even Pollywinkle herself.
Appearance[]
She is a thin old lady who wears a yellow gymnist suit with a blue-ish tutu, leg warmers, and ballet shoes. She has a long nose, and wears her hair in a bun.
