Meadowberry and Windham are Sperg's Lackeys who first appear in the episode Ecto Cooler, Meadowberry and Windham are seen with Sperg bullying people throughout that episode. In the episode Billy & Mandy Moon the Moon Sperg saves everyone and then goes back to being a bully, Sperg is seen with no head fighting with Meadowberry over gum.

Meadowberry has pink hair and sunglasses on, he is wearing a white shirt along with blue pants and grey shoes. Windham has a dark hair, a unibrow, blue eyeliner and a purple hat, like Meadowberry Windham is also wearing a white shirt, blue pants and grey shoes.
