The librarian is a minor character in the Season 4 episode, Duck!. She is played by Lori Alan and is the school librarian for Endsville Elementary.
Appearance[]
The librarian appears to be in her late 60s-early 70s. She has a blue and white striped skirt, a blue collared shirt, a watch on her right arm, and is wearing her hair in a bun and yellow-tinted glasses. She has a long nose and gray-white hair, as well as wrinkles, indicating her age.
History[]
The librarian appears in the scene of the school library in the aforementioned episode. She overhears the duck making farting noises and believes it is Mandy making the noise. She confronts her, asking if that is an acceptable way to behave. Mandy then sarcastically replies the librarian coming up to her and bothering her was not acceptable. This angers the librarian, who then says she does not tolerate bad behavior in her library. Mandy again, sarcastically replies "Well then, that's really YOUR problem, not MY problem, isn't it?". The duck makes the noise again and the librarian, now red in the face with anger, yells that she will not stand for the rudeness. Mandy tells her sarcastically there's a chair she can sit in, to which the librarian begins to steam with rage. Mandy tells her to have her meltdown elsewhere because she's busy. The librarian then sends her to Principal Goodvibes' office.
