Judith "Judy" Lockin' Dracula is a mummy and Irwin and Melvin's undead mother and wife of human/vampire Richard Dracula.
Biography[]
Since Judy is dead, she is no longer able to use human speech, and she apparently lives in the basement (it is an Egyptian-themed basement). She was supposed to be a Pharaoh herself, but denied it after seeing how cruel Poppin Lockin (Irwin's grandpa) treated the people of Egypt, and she and Poppin never spoke again.
When she was alive, she was apparently very beautiful.
Personality[]
Judy is very sensitive, because she starts to cry when Billy insults her in her first appearance. She is also kindhearted because she didn't like how her father worked all the Egyptians to death while she was alive. Judy loves Irwin a whole lot and believes that he should be able to choose what he wants to do. Judy might have mummy powers just like Irwin since she is the reason he has them.

Trivia[]
- Even though he is her son, Judy never appeared alongside Melvin, her oldest son. This is mostly because Melvin was simply used as a one-off gag and became almost non-existent after his first appearance.
- Though he was mentioned by Irwin later on.
- It is unknown how she and Dick met.
- It is also unknown how she and Dick were able to conceive Irwin since she is an undead mummy, and Dick himself has stated their love created "many questions that don't need to be answered".
- In the episode "That's My Mummy", Judy's decaying flesh is green; in subsequent appearances, it's dark blue.
- Additionally, her face was originally more hideous and zombie-like, but later appearances give here a more simple face.
