Biography[]
When Billy, Irwin, Mandy, and Grim conduct a visit to the Halls of Time, Happy New Year is introduced to them by Father Time. Later after Billy and Irwin find the hourglasses, they discover a hovering platform to take them to different alcoves where hourglasses are stored. After Happy New Year appears on the console screen, Billy and Irwin asks Happy New Year to take them where their hourglasses are stored. Happy babbles, and the platforms delivers them to their destination.

As one might expect of a baby, Happy New Year does not show much restraint. He does not hesitate to puke in front of visitors.
