Exercise Dude is a trap used by Billy to try and wake Mandy in an attempt to make her fail a test.

Exercise Dude was a trap that Billy tried to wake up Mandy so she wouldn’t pass her test the next day. He really loves cake with Grim making him one to try to make him leave. He became mad when Grim ran off with his cake and so after stealing a guy's bike he meets Grim at the dock. He eventually falls into the water with the cake and is never seen again, which made Grim's plan work.
