Evil Con Carne is the pilot episode of the show of the same name.
It's the second segment of the first episode of Grim & Evil.
Plot[]
Hector is sick of Boskov being his substitute body, so he fires him and orders Ghastly to make him a new robot body, so he can stop the League of Nations. He easily defeats the soldiers, but the lair is going to self destruct and his robot body is too heavy to lift him up from the breaking rope. Luckily, Boskov saves the day and Hector rehires him.
Trivia[]
- This is the only time Frank Welker doesn't voice Boskov.
- It is theorized that the first 6 episodes were produced on cels.
- Being the pilot, this is the first appearance of Hector Con Carne, Reginald Skarr, Boskov, and Major Dr. Ghastly.
- This would lead into Cartoon Network making a separate series named Evil Con Carne.
- The pilot was produced in 2000.
- The scene were Hector says "Ay, caramba!", is a reference to Bart Simpson's famous catchphrase from The Simpsons.
