Estroy is Hector Con Carne's arch-rival in world domination. He is a villain from Evil Con Carne. He wears a metal mask to hide his immense beauty, as seen in the episode "The HCCBDD". He was voiced by Maurice LaMarche.

He is based on Destro from GI Joe. Both are characters who wear metal masks and both characters names are the word "destroy" missing one letter.
