Detention X is 14th of season 7 of The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy.
Plot[]
When Billy gives his teacher an apple on Teacher Appreciation Day, she becomes sick (because it was dirty and not wanting to wash it) and somehow Grim becomes the substitute teacher. Once he took the job, he sent Spurg the bully to the Detention Dimension, and explained its purpose. Then, he sent more kids to detention for breaking all of the classroom rules. Soon Mandy was the only student left. Grim tricked her by giving her a pop quiz (which is actually drawing a portal to the Detention Dimension), and send her there as well.
She found herself in a dark dimension with all the children who had their heads down on their desks. Billy told her not to make noise and keep her head down, or she'll hear them. Mandy was going to ask who when all of the sudden a giant snake-like teacher named Miss Slither came and she had a magical scale. She tells Mandy that she is in the Detention Dimension. She punished Billy for talking to Mandy during an eternal timeout. He was forced to clean the chalkboard erasers, which he thinks is fun. Mandy told her that this is more fun than a punishment and told her that instead of cleaning erasers she should force him stand with a bundle of books on both hands, as he will not be able to do anything with his Sassy Cat undergarments exposed, he stood with clowns and mailmen and to finish him off, some spiders on his face.
When the teacher was satisfied after some thought, Mandy tricked her and returned to her own classroom to get her revenge. Meanwhile, Grim was relaxing alone when Principal Goodvibes came to give him a full time position. But before Grim could accept, Mandy appeared and refused to let him take that position. And that's when she sends him to the Detention Dimension for punishment. Once the day was over, Claire picked Mandy up and asked about her day, and Mandy answered, "The usual."

Trivia[]
- Mandy breaks the 4th wall towards the end when before she escapes in the portal, she looks at the camera and says she may rescue everyone else in another episode.
- The "book of the dead" text book that Grim has is a reference to the Necronomicon.
- When Grim says the line "This is my doomstick", it's a reference to the line "This is my boomstick" from the R-Rated 1993 movie Army of Darkness.
- In fact, when you see Mandy with "the book of the dead", it has the appearance as seen in the entire Evil Dead series.
- When Mandy says "Jockomo feena nay" to open the portal from the Detention Dimension to Endsville, itās actually a reference to the Iko Iko song.
- Billy poisoning Miss Butterbean with his apple is a direct allusion to Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, where Snow White eats the Queen's poisoned apple.
- Mandy's line "Auf Wiederseshen" means "goodbye" or "farewell" in German.
