Crushed is the second segment of the fifth episode of Grim & Evil.

At the Endsville Elementary School, Irwin attempts to ask Mandy if she would like to go to the dance with him as his date at the 8:00 PM spring dance. Shivering with terror and anxiety, Irwin's glasses are shattered and blood drops drip out of his nose. Mandy crudely rejects Irwin's request and Billy loudly announces his new mute companion, whose name is unknown to all of them at the time.

Billy introduces his friend to Irwin and Mandy, who is stunned and astonished of herself, as her legs and trembling, her cheeks blushing, and her palms sweating. She begins to experience an unknown feeling to her: love. Mandy runs off in embarrassment and fear as Billy and Irwin try to think of a name for their new friend, in which Billy comes up with Piff. Mandy visits the school nurse who acts like a therapist. She explains to Mandy that she is experiencing love and that it is producing from her heart, the only road to internal happiness. After school, Billy, Piff, and Mandy head towards Billy's residence.

Piff quickly makes rivals with Grim and Mandy inquires that her heart must be cut out. Grim straps Mandy up and Mandy explains her dilemma and why she wants her heart gone. Grim quickly offers another method and brings out a table full of cosmetics. As Billy tries to feed Piff, Mandy gets both of the boy’s attention and flabbergasts them. Piff begins to experience Mandy's same emotions from earlier. As Piff tries to invite Mandy to the spring dance, he is dreadfully rejected (worse than Irwin) and punched in the face, losing a tooth and shattering his glasses, as Grim watches in joy, as payback for spitting in him.
