Cree Summer is the voice of an Oracle in A Grim Prophecy and Numbuh 5. She was also known for voicing Kida in Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Foxxy Brown in Drawn Together, Tiff Crust and Queen Vexus (Eartha Kitt understudy) in My Life as a Teenage Robot and Cynder in The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning.
