Bobby is the main antagonist of the episode "Whatever Happened to Billy Whatsisname?" He was the replacement Billy that Grim and Mandy found online. He tried to steal Billy's life from him, but failed and went to an unknown dimension that Billy made to get rid of Bobby so that Billy could have his life back.

Bobby looks almost exactly like Billy, but has yellow-like skin, freckles, normal eyes, black hair, and has three spots on his nose which is a different shade of pink. Also, unlike Billy, his nostrils are visible.
