"Billy and Mandy in Trepanation of the Skull and You" was made by Maxwell Atoms in 1995. It was never intended to air, but made as his junior thesis project.
Plot[]
Billy is out on a stroll and meets Mandy. Alarmed by the sight of a large bandage on her head, he asks her how she's doing. Mandy assures him that she's never been better. She explains that she's been trepanned, and gives him a rather unscientific lecture on the process. Billy asks her to perform the procedure on him, which she does with a cordless drill. As he gushes blood from the hole in his head, Billy happily tells the viewer that he feels great before eventually collapsing due to blood loss. The video ends with Mandy admonishing young viewers to ask an adult for help with electric appliances.
